Bex has hands-on experience in nonprofits of all sizes, from one person small-shop development departments to working on internationally-scaled cross functional teams.
Specializing in creating exceptional donor experiences through strategic communications, Bex has a proven track record of increasing donor portfolios and spearheading successful fundraising campaigns. Their expertise extends to designing and implementing development communication plans, managing capital campaigns, and fostering community engagement. With a passion for systems change and equity, Bex has also led DEI initiatives and presented workshops on inclusive volunteer management.

Bex has worked in nonprofits large and small, and understands the importance of relational fundraising.
